In 2022, he led a Pat Metheny "Offramp" tribute concert alongside vocalist Leonard Patton, drummer Julien Cantelm, pianist Alan Eicher, and bassist Sean Hicke. This group performed 3 nights at the Jazz Lounge, along with a show at Dizzy's San Diego. Shortly after, he was part of David Borgo's "Cautiously Optimistic" show at UCSD.
